CIPROPOL I.V. SOLUTION FOR INFUSION 2 mg/ml

If you experience any of these undesirable effects while using CIPROPOL, stop using CIPROPOL and talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Active ingredient: Each mL of infusion solution contains 2.54 mg ciprofloxacin lactate, equivalent to 2 mg ciprofloxacin. 100 mL of solution contains 200 mg ciprofloxacin.

Excipients: Sodium chloride, lactic acid, hydrochloric acid, water for injections

It is also used to reduce the occurrence and slow the progression of respiratory anthrax in adults and children.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Unless your doctor makes a separate recommendation, the following daily doses are recommended for adults:

-Recurrent infections in cystic fibrosis (in children between the ages of 5-17) -Bone and joint infections (e.g. bone infection) -Inflammation in the blood (septicemia) -Intra-abdominal infections

After intravenous treatment, CIPROPOL treatment is continued with its oral forms.

Treatment should be continued for 3 more days after the fever subsides or the symptoms disappear.

Like all medicines, there may be side effects in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in CIPROPOL.

If one of the following occurs, stop using CIPROPOL and IMMEDIATELY inform your doctor or go to the emergency department of the nearest hospital.

These are all very serious side effects.

If you have one of these, it means you have a serious allergy to CIPROPOL.

You may need emergency medical attention or hospitalization.
