Active ingredient: One capsule contains 0.57 mg anagrelide hydrochloride (equivalent to 0.5 mg anagrelide).

Excipients: Lactose monohydrate (obtained from rennet obtained from calf tripe), povidone, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, indigo carmine, gelatin (beef gelatin).

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

The THROMBOREDUCTIN dosage will be determined by your doctor.

In normal use, one capsule per day is initially taken and the dose is increased over time. The maintenance dose is usually 1-3 mg (2-6 capsules) per day.

The dose level is adjusted in stages, in increments of 0.5 mg per week. After the maintenance dose is adjusted, the total daily dose is administered divided into 2-3 doses. The total daily dose should not be more than 5 mg.

Capsules should be swallowed unchewed with a small amount of water. Do not break the capsules or dilute their contents in liquid. You can take the capsules with food, after food, or on an empty stomach. It is recommended to take the capsules at the same time every day.

Like all medicines, there may be side effects in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in THROMBOREDUCTIN.
