The active ingredient of FEXADYNE® is fexofenadine hydrochloride. 1 film-coated tablet contains 180 mg fexofenadine hydrochloride (168 mg fexofenadine). Tablets are oblong film-coated, lavender colored, with “180” printed on one side.

FEXADYNE® is available in cardboard box packages containing blisters of 20 film-coated tablets.

FEXADYNE® is available in 2 dosage forms. FEXADYNE® 180 contains 180 mg fexofenadine hydrochloride in one film-coated tablet. FEXADYNE® 120 contains 120 mg fexofenadine hydrochloride in one film-coated tablet.

FEXADYNE® belongs to the group of antihistamine drugs. Antihistamine drugs improve symptoms such as itching and redness of the skin seen in the disease called chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

The recommended dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride for adults and children aged 12 years and over is 180 mg as a single dose per day (1 FEXADYNE® 180 mg Film-Coated Tablet per day).

FEXADYNE® provides relief from your symptoms within the first hour after taking the medicine and continues its effect for 24 hours.

FEXADYNE® is used orally. Swallow the tablets with a glass of water in the amount recommended by your doctor.

If you use antacid medications containing aluminum or magnesium for your indigestion complaints, leave a 2-hour interval between taking these medications and swallowing FEXADYNE®.

Like all medicines, side effects may occur in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in FEXADYNE®.
