ZINNAT is a cephalosporin group antibiotic that has a lethal effect on bacteria. Each tablet contains 500 mg cefuroxime as the active ingredient.

ZİNNAT is available in blisters of 10, 14 and 20 tablets.

ZİNNAT contains cefuroxime; It has a lethal effect by binding to important target proteins and preventing cell wall synthesis in bacteria. It is used in the treatment of infections caused by sensitive microorganisms. Main infections for which it is used:

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Use ZINNAT as recommended by your doctor.

The usual treatment period is 7 days (range 5-10 days).

The daily dose in adults is 250 mg to 500 mg twice daily, depending on the type and severity of infection.

The daily dose in children is 10 mg/kg (maximum 125 mg) to 15 mg/kg (maximum 250 mg) twice daily, depending on the type and severity of infection.

Like all medicines, side effects may occur in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in ZİNNAT.
