Summary

Active ingredient: Each enteric-coated tablet contains 10 mg dexrabeprazole sodium.

Excipients: Contains magnesium oxide (heavy), mannitol DC (E 421), corn starch, povidone K-30, hydroxypropyl cellulose LH11, sodium stearyl fumarate, hypromellose E15 (HPMC E15), hypromellose phthalate (HP55s), triethyl citrate, talc, titanium dioxide (E 171).

What is it used for?

RABBY-D is also used, in combination with appropriate antibiotic drugs, for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori, a bacterium involved in the formation of stomach ulcers.

How to use?

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Always follow your doctor or pharmacist’s advice about how and when to take your medicine. Do not change the dose you take or the duration of treatment on your own.

The usual recommended dose that your doctor will prescribe for you is one enteric-coated tablet to be taken once a day, in the morning on an empty stomach with some water, for active duodenal ulcer, active benign stomach ulcer and symptomatic erosive or ulcerative gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

For active duodenal ulcer, your treatment with RABBY-D is expected to last four weeks; However, your doctor may decide to continue your treatment for another four weeks after this period.

Side Effects

Like all medicines, RABBY-D may have side effects in people who are sensitive to its ingredients. However, these do not occur in every patient.
