How to use?
Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration
Tablets are taken orally by swallowing them with a glass of water.
The recommended dose for children and adolescents 1 year to 17 years of age, taken with or without food, is 10 mg three times daily for children and adolescents weighing less than 20 kg or 20 mg three times daily for children and adolescents weighing more than 20 kg. Higher doses should not be used in children. This medication should only be used if given at 20 mg 3 times a day.
Your doctor will not make a special dose adjustment for you.
If you have problems with your kidneys, tell your doctor as the dose may need to be adjusted.
Side Effects
