ILOMEDIN® AMPOULE CONTAINING SOLUTION FOR INFUSION 20 mcg/mL

Active ingredient: 1 mL aqueous solution contains 27 mcg iloprost trometamol, equivalent to 20 mcg iloprost.

Excipients: Trometamol, ethanol 96% (v/v), sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid 1N, water for injection.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Your doctor will determine the dose of your medicine depending on your disease and administer it to you.

The dose is adjusted between 0.5-2.0 nanogram Iloprost/kg body weight/minute, according to personal endurance. The daily dose is applied for 6 hours a day.

After dilution, ILOMEDIN is administered intravenously for 6 hours a day.

There is not enough information about its use in children and adolescents.

Like all medicines, ILOMEDIN may have side effects in people who are sensitive to its ingredients.

If any of the following occur, stop using ILOMEDIN and IMMEDIATELY inform your doctor or go to the emergency department of your nearest hospital.

These are all very serious side effects.

If you have any of these, you may need urgent medical attention or hospitalization.
