Due to the risk of liver poisoning (hepatotoxicity) in people who consume alcohol, the daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 2000 mg.

In children over 12 years of age and adults

The recommended dosage is 1 sachet 3-4 times a day to be taken every 6 or 8 hours. It should not be used more than 4 doses per day.
