Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of application

Take the LEVITRA tablet approximately 25-60 minutes before sexual activity. With sexual stimulation, you will achieve an erection anywhere from 25 minutes to four to five hours after taking LEVITRA.

Do not use LEVITRA film-coated tablets together with other forms of LEVITRA.

Do not use LEVITRA more than once a day.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. Most side effects are mild or moderate.

Patients have experienced partial, sudden, temporary or permanent decrease in vision or loss of vision in one or both eyes. Stop taking LEVITRA and contact your doctor immediately. Sudden decrease in hearing or loss of hearing has been reported.

Cases of sudden death, fast or irregular heartbeat, heart attack, chest pain, and problems with cerebral circulation (including temporary decreased blood flow to parts of the brain and brain bleeding) have been reported in men taking vardenafil. Most of the men who experienced these side effects had heart problems before taking this medication. It is not possible to determine whether these events are directly related to vardenafil.
