Before you start using this medicine, read this INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE carefully, because it contains important information for you.

HARDCİS 20 mg is available in yellow film-coated tablets. They are almond-shaped and have a “20” marking on one side. It is in blister packs of 2, 4 and 8 tablets.

HARDCIS is a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain the erection of the penis necessary for sexual activity. HARDCIS has been shown to significantly improve the ability to achieve penile erection suitable for sexual activity.

HARDCIS belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors, which contain the active ingredient tadalafil. Following sexual stimulation, HARDCİS helps the blood vessels in the penis relax, allowing blood to flow into the penis. As a result, erection occurs in the penis. If you do not have erectile dysfunction, HARDCIS will not help.

It should be taken into consideration that HARDCİS alone will not work in the absence of sexual stimulation. Therefore, you and your partner should engage in preliminary sexual activity as if you were not taking medication to treat erectile dysfunction.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

When using HARDCİS, always take it as your doctor tells you. If you are not sure, be sure to consult your doctor or pharmacist.

The generally recommended dose is 10 mg (2×5 mg) taken at least 30 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. In patients where 10 mg (2×5 mg) tadalafil does not have a sufficient effect, the dose can be increased to 20 mg.

A maximum of 1 dose per day should be used.

Tadalafil doses of 10 mg (2×5 mg) or 20 mg should be taken before anticipated sexual activity and are not recommended for continuous daily use.

Like all medicines, side effects may occur in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in HARDCİS. These effects are normally mild to moderate.

If any of the following occur, stop using HARDCİS and IMMEDIATELY inform your doctor or go to the emergency department of your nearest hospital.

Heart attacks and strokes have been reported in men using HARDCIS. Many of these men were known to have heart problems before using this drug.

Partial, temporary or permanent decrease in vision or loss of vision in one or both eyes has been reported rarely.
