DİKLORON® RETARD FILM COATED TABLET 100 mg

Active ingredient: Each retard film-coated tablet contains 100 mg diclofenac sodium.

Tablet: Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose 4000 SR, colloidal silicon dioxide, polyvinyl pyrrolidone K25, polyethylene glycol 6000, sucrose, magnesium stearate

Film coating: Opadry-OY-LS-28913 [HPMC 2910/Hypromellose 15 cP, titanium dioxide, lactose monohydrate (bovine milk), macrogol/PEG 4000]

DICLORON Retard can be used to treat the following disorders:

It is indicated for the treatment of signs and symptoms of arthritis (osteoarthritis), pain and deformity in the joints (rheumatoid arthritis) and painful progressive rheumatism (ankylosing spondylitis) with stiffness in the back, neck and rib cage joints, as well as for the treatment of acute gout-related joint inflammation (acute gouty arthritis), acute musculoskeletal pain, pain after surgery (postoperative pain) and painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea).

Follow the instructions given by your doctor carefully. Do not exceed the recommended dose and treatment duration.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is important that you use the lowest dose that controls your pain and do not take DICLORON Retard for longer than necessary.

Your doctor will tell you exactly how many DICLORON Retards to take. Depending on your response to treatment, your doctor may recommend a higher or lower dose.

If complaints are more intense at night or in the morning, DİKLORON Retard should preferably be taken in the evening.

Like all medicines, side effects may occur in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in DICLORON Retard.

These common side effects may affect 1 to 10 in every 1000 patients, especially when a high daily dose (150 mg) is taken over a long period of time.
