Active ingredients: Each effervescent tablet contains 36.88 mg dexketoprofen trometamol and 4 mg thiocolchicoside, equivalent to 25 mg dexketoprofen.

Excipients: Contains micronized monosodium citrate (E 331 i), sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium carbonate, sorbitol powder (E 420), aspartame (E 951) and lemon flavor.

Before you start using this medicine, read this INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE carefully, because it contains important information for you.

DEXPLUS contains dexketoprofen and thiocolchicoside as active ingredients.

DEXPLUS consists of light yellow, smooth-surfaced, round effervescent tablets.

It is offered in strip packages containing 15 and 20 effervescent tablets.

Dexketoprofen trometamol, contained in DEXPLUS, is a painkiller from the group of drugs called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The thiocolchicoside contained in DEXPLUS has mainly muscle relaxant activity. Thiocolchicoside is used for symptomatic treatment of painful muscle spasms.

DEXPLUS is used in the additional treatment of osteoarthritis (calcification), painful syndromes of the vertebral column (spine), extra-articular rheumatism, sudden painful muscle contractions originating from the spinal cord, and in the treatment of pain occurring after trauma and surgery.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Always take DEXPLUS exactly as your doctor tells you. When you are not sure, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended and maximum daily dose is one effervescent tablet (25 mg/4 mg) 3 times a day, taken every 8 hours (8 hours apart). In other words, do not use more than 3 effervescent tablets of DEXPLUS per day.

Normally, the treatment period with DEXPLUS effervescent tablet is 5-7 days. Do not use the medicine for more than 7 consecutive days.

DEXPLUS is for oral use only.

Like all medicines, DEXPLUS may have side effects in people who are sensitive to the ingredients it contains.

If any of the following occur, stop using DEXPLUS and IMMEDIATELY inform your doctor or go to the emergency department of the nearest hospital.

These are all very serious side effects.

If you have one of these, it means you have a serious allergy to DEXPLUS. You may need emergency medical attention or hospitalization.

All of these very serious side effects are extremely rare.
