DEXPANTEN PLUS is a white homogeneous wound cream containing 50 mg dexpanthenol and 5 mg chlorhexidine dihydrochloride as active ingredients in 1 gram.

It is available in the market in a 30 g aluminum tube.

Dexpanthenol; It is the precursor of vitamin B5 and is rapidly absorbed through the skin and converted into pantothenic acid in the body. Pantothenic acid helps the skin renew itself, eliminates redness and irritation, and accelerates the healing process of wounds.

Chlorhexidine dihydrochloride; It is an effective antiseptic against many bacteria and some fungi.

It has a strong effect especially against microorganisms that cause skin infections (Staphylococcus aureus).

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

It is applied in a thin layer to cleaned wounds or infected skin areas, once or more times a day, in the required amount.

Application to large skin areas should be avoided.

Bandages and pads can be used, although they are not required.

Use in children: There is no need to adjust the dose.
