Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Adults and adolescents aged 14 and over

VOLTAREN EMULGEL FORTE should be applied to the affected area of ​​the skin by gently rubbing twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening. The amount required depends on the width of the painful area. For example: Depending on the size of the affected area, 2 grams (about the size of a cherry)-4 grams (about the size of a walnut) of VOLTAREN EMULGEL FORTE is sufficient to treat an area of ​​approximately 2-2.5 cm in diameter. The maximum daily dose is 8 g. Thus the maximum weekly dose is 56 g.

If there is no improvement in pain and swelling after 7 days of use or if it gets worse, consult your doctor. Do not use for more than 14 days unless a different use is recommended by the doctor.

Apply to the painful or swollen area of ​​the skin by gently rubbing it. You may feel a slight cooling effect while scrubbing. After application, wipe your hands with an absorbent paper (not a wet wipe) and wash afterwards (unless the treated area is your hands).
