What is it used for?
TYLOL are white colored tablets, containing 500 mg paracetamol in each tablet, with a single notch in the middle on one side, and the inscription Tylol, Nobel.
It is a drug that acts as a pain reliever and antipyretic.
TYLOL is in blister packs containing 20 tablets.
TYLOL is used in the symptomatic (not curative, but relieving the symptoms) treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever.
How to use?
Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration
TYLOL is suitable for adults and children over 6 years of age. The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is 1-2 tablets, and if necessary, the dose can be repeated every 4-6 hours. However, it should not be used more than 4 doses in 24 hours. The recommended dose for children aged 6-12 is 1/2-1 tablet every 4-6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 60 mg/kg in divided doses of 10-15 mg/kg.
It should not be used more than the specified dose, and if used, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
It is taken orally. Swallow it with a glass of water.
It should not be given to children under 6 years of age unless recommended by a doctor.
Side Effects
Like all medicines, side effects may occur in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in TYLOL.
Undesirable effects of paracetamol are generally mild. Harmful effects are likely to occur if paracetamol is taken in excess of 10 grams (20 pieces of TYLOL).
