LANSOPROL ENTERIC COATED MICROPELLET CAPSULE 30 mg

Active ingredient: Each capsule contains 30 mg lansoprazole as the active ingredient.

Excipients: Sugar globules (Neutral micropellets (size26)), mannitol (E421), sodium starch glycolate (explotab), magnesium carbonate, PVP K 30, crystal sugar, poloxamer 407, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (Pharmacoat 603), eudragit L 30 D 55, talc, triethyl citrate (citroflex), simethicone, dark green opaque – light orange opaque hard gelatin capsule no:1 (patent blue V, titanium dioxide, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, gelatin (bovine source))

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

In the treatment of duodenal and benign gastric ulcers associated with NSAID drugs in patients requiring continuous NSAID (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) drug treatment:

For the prevention of NSAID-associated gastric and duodenal ulcers in at-risk patients (>65 years of age or history of gastric or duodenal ulcer) who require long-term NSAID therapy:

15 mg or 30 mg once daily for 4 weeks.

The starting dose is 60 mg once a day, although the dose is determined according to the patient’s needs, up to 180 mg can be administered per day.
