DOLOREX belongs to a class of medicines called “nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)” used to treat pain and inflammation.

DOLOREX is for oral use only.

DOLOREX should be swallowed whole with a glass of water or another beverage, preferably before meals or on an empty stomach. It should not be split or chewed.

Elderly patients may respond more strongly to DOLOREX than other adults. Therefore, especially the elderly should listen carefully to the doctor’s instructions and take as few tablets as possible to relieve the symptoms. It is especially important in elderly patients to immediately report any undesirable effects to the doctor.

DOLOREX should not be used in patients with renal failure. Since studies in patients with renal impairment are not available, recommendations regarding dose adjustment cannot be made. If you have mild to moderate renal impairment, your doctor will warn you about the careful administration of DOLOREX. Please consult your doctor.

DOLOREX is suitable for most people, but like all medicines they can sometimes cause side effects. Side effects can be minimized by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.
