DICLORON® I.M. INJECTION SOLUTION 75 mg/3 ml

Active ingredient: Each 3 mL (total volume) solution for injection contains 75 mg diclofenac sodium.

DICLORON administered intramuscularly is used in the treatment of the following disorders:

It is indicated for the treatment of signs and symptoms of arthritis (osteoarthritis), pain and deformity in the joints (rheumatoid arthritis) and painful progressive rheumatism (ankylosing spondylitis) with stiffness in the back, neck and rib cage joints, as well as joint inflammation due to acute gout (acute gouty arthritis), acute musculoskeletal pain, pain after surgery (postoperative pain) and painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea).

Follow the instructions given by your doctor carefully. Do not exceed the recommended dose and treatment duration.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is important to use the lowest dose that controls your pain and not to take DICLORON for longer than necessary.

Your doctor will tell you exactly how many DİKLORON injection solutions to use. Depending on your response to treatment, your doctor may recommend a higher or lower dose.

Adults are given a maximum daily dose of one ampoule over two days, in some cases two ampoules per day may be given. If necessary, treatment can be continued with diclofenac sodium tablets or suppositories.

Like all medicines, DICLORON may have side effects in people who are sensitive to the ingredients it contains.

If one of the following occurs, stop using DICLORON and IMMEDIATELY inform your doctor or go to the emergency department of the nearest hospital.

If you notice that you are bruising more easily than usual or have frequent sore throats or infections, tell your doctor.

These are all very serious side effects.

If you have one of these, it means you have a serious allergy to DICLORON. You may need emergency medical attention or hospitalization.
