Active Ingredient: Each film-coated tablet contains sildenafil citrate equivalent to 50 mg sildenafil.

Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate (anhydrous), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, indigo carmine (E132), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate (derived from bovine milk), titanium dioxide (E171), triacetin and yellow iron oxide (E172).

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

DEGRA should not be used in those under 18 years of age.

No special dosage adjustment is required for elderly patients.

A sildenafil dose of 25 mg is recommended in patients with severe renal impairment.

A sildenafil dose of 25 mg is recommended in patients with liver impairment (for example, a chronic liver disease such as cirrhosis).

Like all medicines, side effects may occur in people sensitive to the substances contained in DEGRA. Side effects were generally temporary or moderate in severity. The following side effects have been reported at recommended doses.
