Active ingredient: One gram of cream contains 1 mg mometasone furoate.

Excipients: Hexylene glycol, propylene glycol stearate, promulgen G (stearyl alcohol and stereth-20), aluminum starch octenyl succinate, white beeswax of bee origin, white vaseline, titanium dioxide, phosphoric acid and deionized water.

CODERMO® is presented in tubes containing 30 grams of cream. It is cream-shaped, white in color, with a characteristic odor and a homogeneous appearance.

CODERMO® is a cortisone-type hormone drug prepared for use by applying to the skin. It belongs to the class of powerful corticosteroids.

These medications are applied to the surface of the skin in order to reduce redness and itching caused by certain skin problems.

CODERMO®; It is used in the treatment of some inflammatory skin diseases that respond to mometasone furoate, such as psoriasis (psoriasis), atopic dermatitis (eczema), irritant-related and/or allergic dermatitis.

Psoriasis is a skin disease that causes itchy, scaly, pink patches on the elbows, knees, scalp and other parts of the body. Dermatitis is a disease that occurs when the skin reacts to external agents (e.g. detergents) and causes skin redness and itching.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Apply to the diseased skin area once a day.

Unless recommended by your doctor, do not use CODERMO® on large or contacting skin surfaces (such as the groin, armpit area) for a long time, and do not cover the treated skin area with a bandage or any other dressing.

Do not apply CODERMO® to your face for more than 5 days.

Do not use for more than 5 days in children.

Like all medicines, there may be side effects in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in CODERMO®.

If used continuously for long periods of time, a withdrawal reaction may occur upon discontinuation of treatment with some or all of the following features: skin redness that may extend beyond the initial area treated, a burning or stinging sensation, intense itching, skin peeling, oozing open wounds.

Other undesirable effects reported during treatment with topical corticosteroids: dry skin, skin irritation, dermatitis (a type of skin disease), dermatitis around the mouth and small dilated blood vessels.
