REFLOR SACHET CONTAINING LYOPHILIZED POWDER 250 mg

Active ingredient: Each sachet contains 282.50 mg of Lyophilized Saccharomyces boulardii (equivalent to 250 mg of yeast).

Excipients: Lactose monohydrate, Levulose (Fructose), Anhydrous colloidal silica, Mixed fruit flavour.

This medicine is for you to obtain without a prescription and treat a mild illness with the advice of your pharmacist, without the help of a doctor. However, you still need to use REFLOR carefully to get the best results.

Saccharomyces boulardii, the active ingredient of REFLOR, is a biologically derived antidiarrheal agent.

REFLOR is marketed in paper/aluminium/polyethylene packaging and in cardboard boxes containing 10 and 20 sachets.

REFLOR is used in the prevention and treatment of digestive system disorders such as microbial (infectious) and non-specific diarrhea and diarrhea due to antibiotic treatment.

In addition to drugs called vancomycin/metranidazole, to prevent the recurrence of the disease caused by a bacterium called Clostridium difficile. It is used in the prevention and treatment of travel-related tourist diarrhea.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Adults take 1 or 2 sachets per day.

It is recommended to take it outside meal times.

Drink the sachet by mixing it in a glass of water or sugar water. The liquid with which REFLOR is mixed should not be hot and should not contain alcohol.

It has no special use in the elderly.

Like all medicines, REFLOR may have side effects in people who are sensitive to its ingredients.
