Active ingredient: 1 ml solution contains 2.54 mg ciprofloxacin lactate, equivalent to 2 mg ciprofloxacin. The 100 ml solution vial contains 254 mg ciprofloxacin lactate, equivalent to 200 mg ciprofloxacin.

Excipients: Sodium chloride, lactic acid 90%, hydrochloric acid, water for injection.

Severe and life-threatening infections

After intravenous treatment, CIPROKTAN treatment is continued in its oral form.

Treatment should be continued for 3 more days after the fever subsides or the symptoms disappear. In infections with bacteria called Streptococcus and Chlamydia, treatment should last at least 10 days. Treatment started intravenously can then be continued orally.

Like all medicines, there may be side effects in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in CIPROKTAN.
