SALRES METERED DOSE AEROSOL CONTAINING SOLUTION FOR INHALATION 100 mcg/dose

Before you start using this medicine, read this INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE carefully, because it contains important information for you.

SALRES contains salbutamol as the active ingredient. It is a member of a group of medicines called fast-acting bronchodilators (bronchodilators) and it widens the airways in the lungs within a few minutes, allowing you to breathe easier.

It can be sprayed 200 times and 100 micrograms of salbutamol is released with each spray.

If your asthma is active (for example, you have frequent symptoms or exacerbations or limited physical ability), inform your doctor. He or she may want you to start using a medication such as an inhaled corticosteroid to control your asthma.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Adults and adolescents ages 12 and over

Constant need for as-needed use or sudden increases in dose indicate worsening of your asthma.

Since overdose may cause undesirable effects, increase the dose and frequency of administration of your medicine only with the advice of your doctor.

1. Remove the mouthpiece cover by gently squeezing the sides.

If your breathing or wheezing gets worse immediately after taking this medication, stop using it immediately and tell your doctor as soon as possible. If available, try another fast-acting asthma medication as soon as possible.

Like all medicines, SALRES may have side effects in people who are sensitive to its ingredients.

If any of the following occur, stop using SALRES and IMMEDIATELY inform your doctor or go to the emergency department of your nearest hospital.

If you experience an allergic reaction, stop taking SALRES and consult a doctor immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: swelling of the face, lips, mouth, tongue and throat, which may make it difficult to swallow or breathe, itchy rash, feeling weak, dizziness and collapse.

These are all very serious side effects.
