Excipients: Peanut oil, gelatin (beef gelatin), glycerol, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red (E172), iron oxide black (E172).

Before you start using this medicine, read this INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE carefully, because it contains important information for you.

COLEDAN-D3; It is a light yellow-yellowish opaque, oblong soft capsule. Each box contains 12, 14 and 24 soft capsules.

COLEDAN-D3 contains the active ingredient cholecalciferol (derived from sheep wool) (also known as vitamin D3). It contains edible gelatin (beef gelatin) as an excipient.

It is used in the treatment, maintenance and prophylaxis (prevention) of vitamin D deficiency.

Each soft capsule contains 20,000 I.U. Contains (0.5 mg) Vitamin D3.

For the prevention and maintenance treatment of vitamin D deficiency for ages 11-18: 400-800 I.U. daily. 1 COLEDAN-D3 20000 IU soft capsule per month, equivalent to the dose, should be used as recommended by the doctor.

For the treatment of vitamin D deficiency for ages 11-18: 3000-5000 I.U. daily. 1-2 COLEDAN-D3 20000 IU soft capsules per week should be used as recommended by the doctor, equivalent to the dose.

In the prevention and maintenance treatment of vitamin D deficiency: 600-1500 I.U. daily. 1-2 COLEDAN-D3 20000 IU soft capsules per month, equivalent to the dose, should be used as recommended by the doctor.

Treatment of vitamin D deficiency: 7000-10000 I.U. daily. 1 COLEDAN-D3 20000 IU soft capsule should be used every 2 days, equivalent to the dose, as recommended by the doctor. Follow-up 25(OH)D measurements should be made approximately three to four months after starting follow-up treatment to confirm that the target level has been achieved.

Like all medicines, side effects may occur in people who are sensitive to the ingredients contained in COLEDAN-D3. Possible side effects may include:
