Before you start using this medicine, read this INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE carefully, because it contains important information for you.

It may take a few weeks for you to start feeling better. Continue using CIPRALEX even if it takes some time to see improvement in your condition.

If you don’t feel better or if you feel worse, you should talk to a doctor.

Instructions for proper use and dosage/frequency of administration

Always use CIPRALEX as directed by your doctor. If you are not sure, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended dose of CIPRALEX is 10 mg once a day. The dose may be increased by your doctor to a maximum of 20 mg per day.

Panic disorder (seizures of intense distress or fear that occur suddenly and recur from time to time)

The starting dose of CIPRALEX is 5 mg as a single dose per day for one week before increasing to 10 mg per day. The dose may later be increased by your doctor to a maximum of 20 mg per day.

Like all medicines, CIPRALEX may have side effects in people who are sensitive to its ingredients.

Side effects usually disappear after a few weeks of treatment. Please also note that many effects may be related to your disease and may go away as you begin to recover.

If you notice any of the following, stop using CIPRALEX and IMMEDIATELY inform your doctor or go to the nearest hospital.

These are all very serious side effects. If you have one of these, you may need urgent medical attention and hospitalization.
